Juris Collections
Juris Collections is a system for managing a company's
collection process. Juris Collections has been used
widely for debt collection and for connecting clients
to their agents/suppliers. With Juris, work processes
between various parties can be defined and monitored
by the system.
Juris provides tools or building blocks for developing,
automating and improving your collection processes.
Customers with huge volumes of collection data will
find that Juris can help them manage their work more
efficiently by streamlining and automating major processes
such as
- Profiling
and distributing customer accounts to collection
agents
- Defining
Workflow Tasks. A workflow process is used to
define how accounts in a distribution profile
are to be treated.
- Messaging
and Approval - Juris also has a messaging and
approval engine. This allows your company to perform
tasks that require approval, e.g. write-off of
accounts, all within the Juris framework.
- Org
Chart and Escalation - you can set up an organization
chart in Juris which will be used to escalate
unattended matters to higher level management.

you can design the workflow of a collection process:

Juris Legal (with Bank connection module)
Since 1994, Juris Legal and its predecessor LegalPro,
has been enabling lawyers and banks to service their
customers better. Juris Legal manages the entire litigation
process for the banks' loan conveyancing, hire-purchase
and credit card defaulters.
Juris Legal provides a workflow based approach to litigation
where case information is exchanged between banks
and their legal firms over a wide-area network. It
is available for hire-purchase, credit card defaulters,
foreclosure and contra-losses. Our software can be
configured to any other type of litigation process.
For lawyers, Juris Legal helps them service the banks
better by providing the most up to date information
on case progress, and provides automated printing
of documents such as summons and letter of demand.
For banks, Juris Legal helps them to be more responsive
to their customer credit management by monitoring
the performance of their legal departments, lawyers
and their collectors.
